Must say that this Stakich ANTIOXIDANT RAW HONEY 5-LB is in a class of its own. Once you try it you will not want to go back to low quality store brand honey. Health benefits can be felt right away. More energy and zip make the extra expense acceptable. This is a very thick, richly flavored honey. Probably the best I have ever tried. In my opinion, it's good enough to give as a gift. Enjoy!!

I wouldn't think that I'd want something bigger than a 5-lb tub, but man we went through this stuff fast. So delicious. Also used it as an alternative to white sugar in baking and it worked pretty well. It is unheated, hardly unprocessed and pure, possibly kosher (were bees circumcised?). But definitely raw.
Its seemed to have at least 80% buckwheat honey and something else mixed in. It has very little sugary taste, which is great. And it's nearly impossible not to have it. This Stakich ANTIOXIDANT RAW honey is made from nectar collected from beehives kept in buckwheat and goldenrod fields.
