Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey

I saw this Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey a while ago and thought it sounded good. Florals are some of my favorite flavors, who knows why. BUT THIS. This surpassed all of my expectations! It's worth it. The flavor blooms on your tongue ---it's perfect on warm bread with butter. Perfection in a golden form! One cup of raw dandelion offers me 112% vitamin A and 535% vitamin K, shocking amount of health in raw stage, a competition to kale but not popular due to its bitter taste.
this honey smells so wonderful and taste great as well i love tea and decided to give dandelion honey a try and im glad i did ....
Excellent flavor and texture. Spreads or dissolves easily. Particularly good in coffee. I like the dandelion flavor. Nice container.
In some of the trails that I hike and mountain bike, there are huge branches of dandelions and luckily most people are not familiar with dandelion so I end up with happy, healthy, wild greens when working out in the mountains but that happens only spring time since when rains stop and heat moves in, dandelions dry out till next season of rain. Healthy, healthy, healthy food. Dandelion is a weed which originated from Asia, China/India centuries ago.

Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey from Pristine Australian Rainforests

This is a thick, creamy and exotically flavorful honey, but it is not inexpensive. I love Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey, but purchase it only as a special treat, for the cost otherwise is prohibitive. This is hands down the best honey I have ever put in my mouth. In fact, it's so good that I give it annually for Christmas gifts. This is truly an exceptional honey.
Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey has a truly wonderful flavor! It is worth purchasing. Your family will love it and ask for more.
I spent 5 years in Australia many years ago. That's when I learned of this honey. It has been my favorite ever since. It truly is "nectar of the Gods". I have a peanut butter/ leatherwood honey sandwich every day.
If you love honey, give this a try! It's not pasteurized, so it's won't flow like liquid honey. Instead, it needs to be coaxed out with a little spoon or knife. This honey is very strong flavored, but once you get used to it, you'll be doing yourself a favor. This is the good stuff, not the crap in plastic teddy bear bottles we sell in the states.

How can honey help improve sleep?

Honey can promote relaxation and help ease you to sleep at night. If you're really wide awake, put a teaspoon or two of honey in warm milk or chamomile tea. This tiny bit of glucose will send a message to your brain to turn off orexin, a neurotransmitter that has been linked to alertness. Honey is one of Mother Nature’s most versatile foods. It not only serves as a delicious, all-natural sweetener, but it’s a helpful tool in supporting a healthy body and glowing appearance.
How can honey help improve sleep?
A teaspoon or two of honey before bedtime promotes a restorative sleep.
Most people have used honey to sweeten foods and beverages, but few realize that it’s a powerful food, beauty aide and a topical antibiotic. The natural sugar found in honey raises our insulin slightly and allows tryptophan, the compound famous for making us sleepy after eating turkey at Thanksgiving, to enter our brains more easily. Taking a spoonful of honey before bed can help you get restful sleep.
