Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey

I saw this Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey a while ago and thought it sounded good. Florals are some of my favorite flavors, who knows why. BUT THIS. This surpassed all of my expectations! It's worth it. The flavor blooms on your tongue ---it's perfect on warm bread with butter. Perfection in a golden form! One cup of raw dandelion offers me 112% vitamin A and 535% vitamin K, shocking amount of health in raw stage, a competition to kale but not popular due to its bitter taste.

In some of the trails that I hike and mountain bike, there are huge branches of dandelions and luckily most people are not familiar with dandelion so I end up with happy, healthy, wild greens when working out in the mountains but that happens only spring time since when rains stop and heat moves in, dandelions dry out till next season of rain. Healthy, healthy, healthy food. Dandelion is a weed which originated from Asia, China/India centuries ago.

My store bought honey was good but until I tried the Tropic Bee did I realize the difference was in the strength of the honey taste. It's mild as far as not having that after taste of foods that are stronger in intensity from being a pure source of whatever it was taken from.

Surprised at how delicious this YS Organic Bee Farms Clover Honey Pure Premium. I've gotten plenty of honey that claims to come from Clover, but this one you can really taste the clover. I've either been eating terrible honey until now, or this is artificially flavored and I'm being tricked. I hope it's the former. It's delicious.
