I've been taking this Watson & Son Premium Manuka Honey 20+ along with Mastic Gum for two weeks and it does work. I take 4 teaspoons a day and a jar of 500g is enough for about two weeks. The first jar I got was a bit runny but I didn't mind. Honey is honey and as long as it helps my ulcers, I'm happy with the product.
