Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey

I saw this Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey a while ago and thought it sounded good. Florals are some of my favorite flavors, who knows why. BUT THIS. This surpassed all of my expectations! It's worth it. The flavor blooms on your tongue ---it's perfect on warm bread with butter. Perfection in a golden form! One cup of raw dandelion offers me 112% vitamin A and 535% vitamin K, shocking amount of health in raw stage, a competition to kale but not popular due to its bitter taste.
this honey smells so wonderful and taste great as well i love tea and decided to give dandelion honey a try and im glad i did ....
Excellent flavor and texture. Spreads or dissolves easily. Particularly good in coffee. I like the dandelion flavor. Nice container.
In some of the trails that I hike and mountain bike, there are huge branches of dandelions and luckily most people are not familiar with dandelion so I end up with happy, healthy, wild greens when working out in the mountains but that happens only spring time since when rains stop and heat moves in, dandelions dry out till next season of rain. Healthy, healthy, healthy food. Dandelion is a weed which originated from Asia, China/India centuries ago.
This Wedderspoon 100% Raw Organic Dandelion Honey really does taste like dandelions! It is super good. I would not use this for baking just maybe for toast. You don't want to cover up the flavor. Dandelion attracts pollinating insects, especially for northern hemisphere bees, providing an important source of nectar and pollen early in the season. In Europe especially Germany, dandelion is used in herbal medicine to treat infections, bile and liver problems.

This honey is amazing! The consistency is that of a whipped raw honey which simply means the crystals that typically form in honey are well incorporated which leaves it really smooth and easy to spread instead of ending up with a giant crystal brick at the top of the honey.
